Accepted Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal. Funds need to clear before an order is shipped out.

We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers. The Authorize.Net Payment Gateway manages the complex routing of sensitive customer information through the credit card processing networks. The company adheres to strict industry standards for payment processing, including:

  • 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology for secure Internet Protocol (IP) transactions.

Shipping Time: The time needed to ship merchandise will vary depending on the shipment's location and the particular time of year, but we will always try our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Orders are usually processed in 2-3 business days of receipt and clearing of payment; and should arrive in 8-10 business days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays for a total of 14 days or less.

Shipping Methods: Merchandise will be shipped via UPS unless going to a PO Box; then, it will go via USPS and is not trackable. All items carry insurance. If you request on your order for NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED, and UPS or USPS signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or is damaged; then, the liability will be strictly yours. Some items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer to our customers.

  • We do have available the UPS 3-day RUSH which is prohibitively expensive at approximately 40% of the cost of the merchandise and carries a minimum of $20.00. We do not recommend using rush delivery unless absolutely necessary due to the cost.
  • Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, US APOs/Military Bases are $20.00 minimum or 50% of the price of the order, whichever is greater, and ships Air Mail Only taking 2 weeks for delivery.
  • We currently do not ship internationally.

Damaged Shipments: Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any cartons are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. If you notice concealed damage after the driver has left, keep all the packing and call the freight carrier to return and inspect the damage and file a claim. We are not responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Return Merchandise Policy: All of our products are 100% guaranteed to be free of manufacturing defects. Due to the delicate nature of some of our products, we cannot guarantee against breakage after the product is delivered. If a product appears to have a manufacturer’s defect, e-mail our Customer Service department at customerservice@birdhousesinstyle.com for instructions. Please do not take it upon yourself to simply return any merchandise or you will void any and all return rights.  We will provide instructions to you via e-mail on how, when, and where. All products returned, for other than shipping damages or product defects, must be returned within 30 days and will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus shipping. We can refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. Items must be new, in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Keep your shipping records for proof of shipment in the event of loss of returned merchandise. Returns shipped via USPS or with a value of over $100.00 should be insured. We cannot be held liable for returned merchandise that does not reach our return department. The limit of our liability is the replacement cost of any item you purchase from us.
